Rephil Station Inc. is seeking an HR Assistant - Employee Relations to support employee and labor relations and drive engagement initiatives. The role collaborates with ER leadership to manage cases end-to-end, monitor attendance issues, and ensure timely, fair documentation.
You will draft notices (NTE, NOD, DA) for minor offenses, review grievance responses, and assist in DOLE ERS filings. Travel may be required as needed.
The HR Assistant - Employee Relations is responsible for the employee & labor relations facilitation in the company. This position will also spearhead engagement activities which aims to motivate and retain quality talents in the organization. The position approaches each scenario from all perspectives the needs of the business as a whole versus the needs of the individual and be able to empathize with both sides.
Assist ER Manager in handling end to end case management of active employees
In-charge with the tardiness monitoring and issuances
Receive all employee violation from different sources and filter it by gravity of offenses.
Draft and prepare Notice to Explain (NTE), Notice of Decision (NOD) and Disciplinary Action (DA), for light to minor offenses of employees
Evaluate and edit documentation associated with employees, including grievance responses and disciplinary actions, applying subject-matter expertise to support an appropriate institutional response to a variety of complex situations.
Register the companies in DOLE ERS including but not limited to online filings of Establishment Report, WAIR, and Annual Work Accident/Illness Report
Assist in organizing engagement activities and programs for the employees
Assist in facilitating evaluation of company events handled for continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology or HR Management.
At least 1 year experience in Employee and Labor Relations.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to meet deadlines.
Can drive four-wheels and willing to travel from time to time.
