You will conduct initial screening calls, write outreach messages, and support hiring across creative, marketing, ecommerce, and operations, aiming to attract candidates who will grow with the company long-term.

Qualifications

• Some experience in recruiting, sourcing, HR, or roles involving research and outreach.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Experience using LinkedIn for research is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn and job platforms.
• Review profiles against role requirements and assess past experience.
• Write personalized outreach and follow up with candidates.
• Conduct initial screening calls and share notes with hiring managers.
