Job summary

Brilliant Skin Essentials in Morong, Rizal is seeking an HR Generalist to support Employee Relations and policy implementation. You will assist in handling employee concerns, and help prepare disciplinary and investigation documentation to maintain a fair workplace.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field, with strong communication, problem-solving, and meticulous documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Human Resources, preferably in Employee Relations.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices is an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of company policies and procedures.
• Assist in handling disciplinary cases, including preparation and maintenance of related documentation.
• Monitor attendance, tardiness, absences, and other employee-related concerns.
• Prepare HR reports, notices, memos, and Employee Relations documents.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and case files.
• Coordinate with employees, supervisors, and department heads regarding HR and Employee Relations matters.
• Assist in employee investigations, fact-finding, and documentation of incidents.
• Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives as needed.
