Job summary

Manila Recruitment is partnering with a leading Indonesian food company expanding in the Philippines. We are seeking an HR Supervisor to lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations, ensuring compliance and a strong employee experience.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in HRM or Psychology, 3+ years HR experience with supervisory exposure, solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws, payroll familiarity, and excellent English communication. On-site work in Metro Manila is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices (recruitment, compensation & benefits, organization development & talent management).
• Excellent communication in English (oral & written).

Responsibilities

• Supervising recruitment, selection, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Conduct feasibility studies on Labor local/state/federal laws and assist in developing personnel procedures and policies.
• Oversee HR administration including employee records, payroll, and government benefits.
• Support Organization Development & Talent Management (update org structure, job descriptions, performance management).

Our client is an authorized distributor of Indofood products in the Philippines, they are the largest food manufacturing company in Indonesia and one of the largest instant noodle manufacturers in the world with its flagship product Indomie instant noodles.

They are currently ramping up their team in the Philippines and they are looking for an HR Supervisor who is willing to learn, confident to share ideas, and results-driven individuals to be a part of their local team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervising recruitment, selection, interviewing, and onboarding processes
• Do the feasibility studies about Labor local/state/federal laws/regulations in. Assist in developing/creating and executing personnel procedures and policies and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations. Recommend new procedures and policies for improving employee experience and ensuring compliance with any regulations
• Managing HR administration, including employee records, payroll, and mandatory government benefits
• Supporting Organization Development & Talent Management (update organization structure, review the existing position and job description of each position, performance management, suggestion for training, job load review, etc)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Have knowledge of HR practices: recruitment, compensation & benefits, organization development & talent management, and Philippine labor laws
• Understanding/have knowledge about Compensation & Benefit structure, particularly the benefit that should comply with Philippine labor laws
• Strong in administrative tasks
• Good in communication skill. Fluent in English (active)
• Recruitment experience
