Job summary

The Rigging Corporation in Calamba Yard, Laguna is seeking a hands-on HR Supervisor to lead daily HR operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This onsite, full-time role focuses on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and payroll coordination.

You will supervise attendance and policy compliance, resolve employee concerns, coordinate with department heads on manpower needs, maintain records, and support HR initiatives with strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as HR Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong background in employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations.
• Experience in transport, trucking, or logistics industry is an advantage.
• Willing to work Monday to Saturday, onsite in Calamba Yard.
• Can start immediately.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced and operations-driven environment.
