Job summary

Capacita Consultants in the Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations and support strategic initiatives. You will lead onboarding, training, and employee development to strengthen the workforce.

You will supervise recruitment, manage HRIS and records, ensure labor-law compliance, and drive engagement and performance across the organization. A Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in HR with supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, or Business Admin.
• At least 5 years HR experience; 3+ in supervisory role.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• HR certifications (PHR/SPHR) a plus.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.


• Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, labor laws, and best practices.


• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.


• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.


• Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, CHRP) is a plus.
