Job summary

The Rigging Corporation is seeking a proactive Logistics Supervisor / Trucking & Dispatch Assistant Manager to oversee transportation operations, dispatch activities, and fleet coordination in the Laguna region. You will ensure efficient movement of equipment, materials, and resources while supporting project requirements and operational goals.

Responsibilities include supervising trucking and dispatch, planning routes, managing drivers, and maintaining compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in logistics, trucking, dispatch, or fleet management.
• Supervisory or assistant managerial experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of trucking operations, route planning, and fleet management.
