We are seeking a proactive and experienced Logistics Supervisor / Trucking & Dispatch Assistant Manager to oversee transportation operations, dispatch activities, and fleet coordination. This role ensures efficient movement of equipment, materials, and resources while supporting project requirements and operational goals.
Supervise daily trucking, logistics, and dispatch operations.
Plan and coordinate vehicle assignments, routes, and delivery schedules.
Manage drivers and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Monitor fleet utilization, availability, and transportation efficiency.
Coordinate with project teams, clients, and internal departments for timely deliveries.
Resolve dispatch issues and provide immediate operational support.
Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, permits, and vehicle documentation.
Assist in improving logistics processes and cost efficiency.
Support compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in logistics, trucking, dispatch, or fleet management.
Supervisory or assistant managerial experience is preferred.
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of trucking operations, route planning, and fleet management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with fleet management systems is an advantage.
Experience in construction, heavy equipment, industrial, or heavy lifting operations is preferred.
