Qualifications

• The role requires 1–2 years in a BPO or generalist/supervisory HR position with experience in employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee engagement initiatives and labor relations.
• Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, and disciplinary matters.
• Respond to inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors; escalate sensitive issues.
• Attend disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintain compliance with local employment laws and policies.
• Monitor HR trends and best practices; support training and development.

So what does a HR Supervisor really do? Think of yourself as the key person who will be in charge of taking care of the employees. Lead and make a change. You will be in charge of Employee Engagement, Labor Relations, and other related functions in the People Operations Department.

As a HR Supervisor, You Will

• Handles due process documents and proceedings such as admin hearings, and the like
• Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
• Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management,
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience (BPO experience is preferred on a generalist or supervisory level).
• Experience in leading employee engagement.
• Strong background in employee engagement/labor relations
• Strong organizational skills, project management skills, and analytical skills.
• Can lead a cross-functional team, work independently, and someone who's willing to work on night shift or a rotating schedule
