Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong HR generalist and HRBP experience.
• Proven HR leadership experience.
• Manufacturing or large workforce background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement group HR strategy aligned with business goals; advise senior leadership; support organizational design and workforce planning.
• Oversee recruitment strategy and execution; build local and international talent pipelines; manage seasonal and operational workforce planning.
• Ensure labor law compliance; manage employee relations cases; strengthen engagement, safety culture, and retention across operations.
• Design training pathways; lead succession planning; ensure compliance training and leadership development programs are in place.
• Align compensation and benefits with group standards; oversee payroll compliance; support annual salary and reward reviews.
• Ensure HR policies comply with regulations; maintain HR governance and documentation; deliver HR metrics and reports for leadership review.
