Job summary

Orro Home in Quezon City is seeking an HR Specialist to support human resources and employee relations functions, develop and implement policies, and ensure compliance with Philippine employment laws. This full-time role sits at the intersection of strategic HR management and day-to-day operations, contributing to a positive workplace culture and organizational growth.

You will assist in recruitment and onboarding, manage employee relations, and help plan development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with exposure to employee relations and recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening and orientation.
• Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
• Support development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and training programs.
