Qualifications

• Manage payroll and timekeeping processes for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Address employee concerns and workplace issues with guidance to resolution.
• Coordinate with supervisors on operational issues affecting productivity and delays.
• Conduct staff meetings to reinforce company policies and expected behavior.
• Handle petty cash, purchasing, and daily expense documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage timekeeping and payroll for all employees, including verification for newly hired under-agency employees
• Monitor and verify attendance and timekeeping records to ensure accuracy of payroll processing
• Monitor employees' daily attendance and punctuality
• Address employee concerns and workplace issues and provide guidance to resolve employee-related problems
• Prepare incident reports and coordinate with the agency for memo issuance when necessary
• Handle employee termination cases for repeated violations, poor performance, or multiple disciplinary memos
• Coordinate with supervisors and Head of Operations regarding operational issues caused by employee delays
• Monitor workflow of each department and identify factors affecting productivity or causing delays
• Conduct employee meetings to remind staff of company policies, rules, and acceptable behavior
• Handle and manage company petty cash, process purchasing and payments, record daily expenses, and maintain documentation of receipts
