Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR Shared Services professional to deliver centralized payroll, benefits, and HR transactions in a hybrid setup in Taguig City. You will maintain accurate employee records, support service center operations, and collaborate with HRIS and program managers to improve processes and data integrity, while ensuring data privacy and reliable service delivery.

Work setup is hybrid with one weekly onsite in BGC, Taguig city, and night shift hours from 8 PM to 5

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, HR or Psychology.
• HR Shared Services experience highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills - a must.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day GHRS operations, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Administer Service Central resolutions based on access and HR systems.
• Maintain accurate employee records including associate personal files.
• Participate in ad hoc HR and office-wide projects.
• Follow GHRS processes and support efficiency improvements.
• Monitor workload and track completion in trackers.
