Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking an HR Shared Services Associate to deliver centralized support across the full employee lifecycle—from pre-employment to offboarding.

You will ensure data integrity, support compliance, and provide timely service to internal and external partners in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include onboarding, HRIS data management, benefits support, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR operations, shared services, or onboarding support.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and HRBP.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS; perform audits for data integrity.
• Coordinate pre-employment processes, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and provider communications.
• Support performance reviews, compensation changes, and employee recognition programs.
• Assist with audits and reporting for internal/external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition for resolution.
• Lead HR process improvement initiatives and SME for HR systems.
