Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for HR-related queries via ticketing tools, chat, or email.
• Process HR transactions efficiently with a focus on First Contact Resolution (FCR).
• Ensure adherence to SLAs when handling inquiries and requests.
• Maintain data accuracy in the HR Information System (QNect).
• Promote compliance with company policies and data governance standards.
• Collaborate with local HR partners and COEs to resolve issues.
• Review and support redesign of transactional HR processes to improve efficiency.
• Contribute to HR continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions.
