• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow or PeopleSoft is a plus but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Input data into HR databases reflecting employee actions according to SOPs and SLAs.
• Complete data maintenance and audits related to Workday data input.
• Handle hire administration SLAs: letters/contracts, background screening, and documentation.
• Deliver customer service via phone, email, chat; log requests and resolve issues promptly.
• File documents in personnel folders and track missing forms for personnel files.
• Escalate complex requests per procedural guidelines and share best practices.
• Suggest process improvements including automation ideas and policy updates.
• Collaborate with team to meet SLA targets and participate in projects.
