Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with voice and healthcare accounts is an advantage but not required.
• Basic knowledge of Windows applications (Excel, Word).
• Strong verbal and/or written communication skills in the country language or English.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate understanding of complex concepts and processes.
• Have initiative and be self-motivated to resolve client concerns.
• Willing to work morning, mid, or night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance of reference data (healthcare Organizations and Prescribers) for ANZ, UK or US Production.
• Perform research (Internet search, phone verification, database matches) to validate data accuracy.
• Outbound phone verification to capture details like primary office address and primary profession/specialty.
• Conduct ad hoc data analysis and participate in process improvements as needed.
• Validate information from third-party sources to update, create, or delete database records.
