Tasq Staffing Solutions is seeking an HR ServiceNow Application Engineer for a hybrid role in Manila. The candidate will work with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps to implement tools, develop features, and ensure enterprise adoption of new capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or other related fields.
Understands ServiceNow and HRSD processes; background in CMDB/ITSM is a plus.
Experience with Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and end-to-end catalog development/deployment.
Experience with API testing, deployment, and integration.
Azure fundamentals and Azure DevOps experience.
Experience coordinating with multiple product teams and communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Work with ServiceNow and Azure DevOps; translate features into stories and communicate updates to customers.
Build a robust platform by guiding development and documenting standards for organization use.
Align systems engineering strategy with architectural guidelines, application strategy, and business goals.
Manage CI/CD lifecycle and contribute to test automation for HRSD processes and APIs.
