Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years building, maintaining, and deploying ServiceNow solutions.
• HRSD experience or ITSM/CSM exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain service catalog items, workflows, and records with advanced scripting.
• Configure HRSD components like Lifecycle Events and HR criteria.
• Manage ACLs, data policies, and security for privacy and visibility.
