Job summary

Tasq Staffing Solutions in Quezon City, Philippines, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer Team Lead for a Hybrid role. Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions and manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely deployments.

You will drive requirements analysis, configure and customize the platform, and coordinate testing, deployments, and upgrades in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development or solution architecture experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of ServiceNow implementation, configuration, customization, or development experience.
• Experience in at least one ServiceNow product line: ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM.
• Ability to independently configure, customize, troubleshoot, document, automate workflows, and support platform changes or enhancement.
