Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS HR Management, Psychology or related course.
• HR/recruitment or employee relations experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic HR functions and labor practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Preferably residing in Tanauan, Batangas.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and hiring processes.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records.
• Assist with onboarding and employee orientation.
• Assist employee concerns.
• Prepare HR documents and reports.
• Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR matters.
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks as needed.
