A leading BPO company is seeking an HR & Recruitment Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including the recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on BPO environments. Responsibilities include leading employee engagement initiatives, managing onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role demands a hands-on leader who can work effectively within a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all HR functions including talent acquisition.
• Design and manage onboarding processes for new hires.
• Oversee performance evaluation processes.
