Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of French is an asset.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manages processes for consistency and efficiency.
• Maps and deploys HR business processes and creates templates.
• Gathers and documents requirements to develop the ticketing tool and secures approval from stakeholders.
• Plans and schedules project timelines and carries out risk assessment.
• Coordinates with line manager and project manager to define project scope and goals.
• Provides post-go-live support and helps ensure the change sticks.
