Job summary

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) seeks an ICT Specialist 2 - Digital & Data in Manila to ensure reliable ICT services and enable data‑driven decisions. You will diagnose incidents, build BI dashboards, and design low‑code automation to streamline processes.

Working under the ICT Manager, you will train users, document procedures, and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers. A bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT and strong English are required, with French an asset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
Good command (spoken and written) of English; French an asset.
Practical ICT knowledge.

Responsibilities

ICT service delivery and end-user support within SLAs.
Develop BI dashboards and data models (Power BI, Fabric).
Design and deploy simple applications and automation tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Provide guidance and basic training to end-users on new tools, dashboards, and applications.
Maintain clear technical documentation, process guides, and knowledge base articles.
