You will evaluate HR requirements and lead projects from ideation to completion, ensuring HR processes are mapped consistently and improved for efficiency.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• Excellent command of English. Knowledge of French is an asset.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process management: ensures overall management of processes, their consistency, and efficiency.
• Business Development: gathers and documents requirements to develop the ticketing tool and secures approvals.
• Project management: coordinates scope, timelines, risk, and change communication; supports post-go-live adoption.
