ProV International PH is seeking an experienced Technical/Functional Consultant to join our global HR Technology team, focusing on Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and HR-to-Payroll data flows. You will design, implement, and support interfaces across HR systems and payroll platforms, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance across countries.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and implementing integrations between HR and Payroll systems.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR and Payroll data flows.
• Experience with global multi-country environments and payroll providers.
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and related tooling.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical integration specifications.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver interfaces between HR systems and payroll platforms.
