Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking an Oracle HCM Tech Senior Associate to design, configure, administer, and support Oracle HCM solutions across client engagements. You will analyze complex issues, manage workstreams, mentor junior staff, and grow your technical and client-facing skills within a global, collaborative team.

You will focus on Oracle HCM configurations, leverage OCI and integration tools, and contribute to project delivery aligned with client priorities and PwC standards in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–8 years of experience.
• Fluent English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Oracle HCM solutions across client engagements (core HR, absence, payroll, talent).
• Translate client requirements into functional and technical designs for Oracle HCM implementations.
• Support setup, data migration, testing, and issue resolution through project delivery phases.
• Create and maintain Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle ADF, and Oracle Data Integration solutions as needed.
• Build reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher for operations and leadership reporting.
• Interpret data, identify process gaps, and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Guide junior team members through work assignments and reviews.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to client stakeholders.
