The ideal candidate will have HR administration or payroll experience, preferably with an Australian company, and the ability to research and apply HR requirements. Growth into a broader HR role is possible.

Qualificações

• Experience in HR administration, payroll, or HR support.
• Experience with an Australian company payroll is highly desirable.
• Familiar with Employment Hero or similar HR/payroll systems.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail in processing high volumes.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain employee records and profiles using Employment Hero.
• Assist onboarding of new employees and maintain documentation.
• Process and monitor leave and reimbursement/expense forms.
• Review timesheets for accuracy and payroll processing.
• Support HR systems implementation and ongoing administration.
