Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end Australian payroll experience.
• Experience handling multi-entity payroll (10+ entities) on a weekly/dynamic cycle.
• Proficiency with Employment Hero configurations across multi-site centers.
• Strong compliance with Australian payroll requirements and EOFY processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end weekly payroll processes for 10+ entities and over 500 shift-based employees.
• Interpret and execute payroll across multiple Australian Modern Awards, including complex shift variations and pay conditions.
• Review timesheets and oversee Employment Hero configurations across multi-site centers.
• Execute EOFY finalizations and reconciliation reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and accountants to streamline payroll procedures and scale systems for growth.
