Job summary

UCT is seeking an HR Solutions Center Specialist to provide high-quality operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, inquiries, HR transactions, and data management. You will be the primary contact for employees and managers, ensuring timely issue resolution and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 2–3 years in HR operations, experience with UKG Pro, Time Software, and Sprout HR, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in HR Operations or Shared Services.
Experience supporting employees in a multinational environment.
Experience with case management tools and HRIS platforms.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
Excellent customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, handling HR inquiries via People Assist and other channels.
Process lifecycle transactions including hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, leaves, and terminations.
Prepare and maintain employment documentation and personnel records.
Manage HR cases to meet SLAs with timely, accurate resolutions.
Maintain accurate data across UKG Pro, Time Software, Sprout HR, and other HR systems.
Support immigration-related processes including work permits and visas where applicable.
