Job description

Recruitment and onboarding

• post vacancies.
• Screen and interview candidates.
• Onboard new employees, including orientation and paperwork

Employee relations and support

• Manage employee relations, including handling complaints and disciplinary procedures.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Administer employee benefits, such as enrollment and answering questions.
• Support employee development and performance management

Compliance and administration

• Ensure compliance with local and labor laws.
• Develop and implement company HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidential employee records and track data.
• Assist with payroll and compensation management.

Training and development:

• Plan and coordinate staff training and development activities.
• Monitor employee performance and help with performance improvement plans.
