Job summary

Zanicare Group of Companies in Metro Manila is seeking an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR and personnel functions across the company and clinics. You will ensure proper staffing, employee documentation, and compliance, while fostering effective personnel management.

Responsibilities include hiring support, onboarding, training coordination, performance evaluations, and maintaining confidential HR records in a fast-paced healthcare network.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and assist in hiring qualified personnel
• Conduct employee orientation, process employment contracts, and coordinate proper deployment to assigned clinics
• Prepare and monitor personnel duty schedules, staffing requirements, attendance, leaves, absences, and related concerns
• Maintain complete, accurate, and confidential employee 201 files and HR records
• Coordinate employee training, orientation, skills development, and required certifications
• Handle employee concerns, complaints, attendance issues, disciplinary matters, and workplace incidents in coordination with management
• Coordinate performance evaluations, probationary assessments, and regular employee monitoring
• Monitor compliance with DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other applicable employment requirements and maintain records for inspections
• Assist in implementing company policies, preparing HR memoranda, maintaining HR reports, and recommending improvements in personnel management
• Perform other HR and personnel-related duties as may be assigned by management
