Eracare Healthmart Philippines Inc. is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to manage the full HR function and provide comprehensive support to management and staff. Based in Pasig City, the role covers payroll processing, recruitment, employee relations, and policy compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR or related field, with 3–5 years of HR generalist experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to excel in this position.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HR generalist experience with knowledge in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Good understanding of employment laws, HR practices, and statutory requirements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full HR function and provide HR support and guidance to management and employees on all HR-related matters.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation including employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion letters, disciplinary letters, and employee records.
• Manage and check employee attendance, leave administration, overtime records, and payroll-related matters to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Coordinate statutory compliance, employee benefits, and ensure adherence to applicable employment laws and company policies.
• Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary issues, investigations, and provide guidance to employees and managers.
• Support performance management processes including probation review, confirmation, appraisal, and employee development initiatives.
• Manage employee separation processes including resignation, termination, clearance, and exit interviews.
• Perform any other HR-related duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
