Nord Anglia Education is seeking a highly organized HR Officer to join our Manila team. You will support payroll preparation, employee records, recruitment administration, and benefits, ensuring compliant HR operations across the employee lifecycle.

You will collaborate with the HR Manager and colleagues to provide efficient, confidential service to staff and managers, helping to deliver an outstanding employee experience in an international school environment.

Formación

• Essential experience in HR operations, records, recruitment administration, payroll preparation and compliance.
• Strong attention to detail, data integrity, and confidentiality in handling employee information.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Desirable experience in an international school or multicultural setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational and administrative support across HR functions including onboarding, payroll prep, records management and benefits administration.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of HR data and documentation and support reporting requirements.
