Job summary

Citco seeks an onboarding and process specialist to ensure timely HR services, maintain accurate employee records, and drive continuous improvement of onboarding workflows. You will map current processes, identify gaps, and implement changes with stakeholders across teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, regulatory compliance, and a change-agent mindset to enhance the candidate experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong data analysis and documentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control quality and timely services delivery to the organization and respective HR teams with regard to global background screening process and other onboarding activities.
• Monitor timely maintenance of employee records / documents in electronic format and undertake regular audits of personal files to ensure upkeep of personal documents.
• Map and document current processes. Independently identify process gaps; recommend and implement process improvements.
• Recommend enhancements, improvements and simplification to existing processes and procedures based on process reviews and feedback from stakeholders.
• Provide various reports, data and information to the management team and other stakeholders on a regular basis.
• You may be required to monitor and control additional tasks to provide a seamless experience to the candidates during the on-boarding process.
• Act as a change agent to drive process improvements with design thinking.
• Review and implement processes and procedures to ensure operational compliance with local regulations and regulatory requirements.
