Job summary

Citi seeks an experienced Operations Manager in the Philippines to lead the Operations Support department, directing multiple teams and driving performance. You will evaluate staff, recommend staffing changes, and implement new procedures with broad impact to ensure timely and accurate data, pricing, and account setup across systems.

The role requires strong leadership, independent judgment, and the ability to navigate complex issues while upholding Citi's policies and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of operations management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership over Operations Support across multiple teams.
• Evaluate subordinates' performance and staffing decisions.
• Recommends new work procedures with broader scope of impact.
• Handle complex issues with significant potential impact.
• Manage risk and ensure compliance with laws, rules and Citi policies.
• Open and maintain customer sub-accounts or pricing setups across systems.
• Operate with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment.
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and colleagues.
