Job summary

Jimini Concept Inc. seeks an HR Supervisor – Compensation & Benefits to oversee compensation and benefits administration, payroll support, and timekeeping across nationwide operations. You will supervise an HR team in Luzon, Cebu, and Davao while leading recruitment for managerial and key roles.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field and 2–3 years of HR experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity. Onsite work at Quezon City.

Experience in compensation & benefits, payroll, leave, and labor law compliance.

Responsibilities

Oversee compensation and benefits administration and timekeeping.
Coordinate payroll-related inputs and statutory benefit processing.
Lead nationwide HR operations and supervision of the Luzon, Cebu, and Davao teams.
Ensure regulatory compliance with DOLE regulations and company policies.
Manage manpower costing for proposals and deployments.
Lead recruitment for managerial and key positions.
