Job summary

Navitas Semiconductor is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to manage core HR processes across the employee lifecycle in the Philippines. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years in HR operations, administration, shared services, or similar role.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and maintaining employee data in HR systems.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze HR data and reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support core HR processes across the employee lifecycle: onboarding, changes, offboarding, and records management.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure data integrity.
• Process transactions: hires, promotions, transfers, changes, terminations with proper approvals.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding activities and documentation updates.
• Prepare and maintain employment documents and HR records.
• Generate regular and ad‑hoc HR reports and dashboards showing headcount, attrition, and movements.
