Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Direct experience supporting a PEZA-registered company is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations and partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Ensure PEZA compliance, labor audits, and government reporting requirements.
• Manage payroll inputs and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Develop metrics and reports on headcount, attrition, and engagement.
