Navitas Semiconductor Usa is seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Analyst to support core HR processes, data integrity, and HR systems for our growing organization in the Philippines.

This role collaborates with payroll, finance, and IT to ensure accurate transactions, compliant records, and scalable HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while driving process improvements and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in HR operations or similar role.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and maintaining employee data in HR systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with HR data, reports, and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and records management.
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and data integrity.
• Process employee transactions such as new hires, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, manager changes, and terminations in accordance with procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding activities and ensure proper documentation and system updates.
• Prepare and maintain employment-related documents and HR records.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and metrics related to headcount, attrition, hiring, and movements.
