Job summary

AANJ Prosperity and Wealth Merchandising Corporation is seeking a dedicated HR professional to support Cebu City branches. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of new hires, ensuring timely filling of vacancies and diligent record-keeping.

You will conduct regular branch visits, monitor HR compliance, review attendance and employee records, and handle employee relations while upholding confidentiality and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned branches and positions.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers and Supervisors to identify manpower requirements and vacancies.
• Source, screen, interview, and endorse qualified candidates based on hiring requirements.
• Conduct recruitment activities such as job fairs and local sourcing initiatives.
• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure vacancies are filled within timelines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, manpower reports, and related documentation.
• Assist in onboarding, processing, and deployment of new hires.
• Conduct regular and unannounced branch visits to monitor HR compliance.
• Review attendance, timekeeping, and employee records.
• Validate HR processes at branch level and ensure confidentiality.
