Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned branches and positions.
Coordinate with Branch Managers and Supervisors to identify manpower requirements and current vacancies.
Source, screen, interview, and endorse qualified candidates based on established hiring requirements.
Conduct recruitment activities, including job fairs, walk-in interviews, and local sourcing initiatives, as needed.
Monitor recruitment progress and ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines.
Maintain accurate and updated recruitment trackers, manpower reports, and related documentation.
Assist in the onboarding, processing, and deployment of newly hired employees.
Conduct regular and unannounced visits to assigned branches, as required.
Monitor compliance with company HR policies, procedures, and workplace rules.
Review attendance, timekeeping, employee records, onboarding documents, and other HR-related requirements.
Validate the proper implementation of HR processes and procedures at the branch level.
Monitor employee discipline, workplace behavior, and compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with Branch Managers regarding HR concerns and facilitate appropriate action when immediate intervention is required.
Identify recurring HR and operational issues and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct periodic HR compliance audits of assigned branches.
Assist in addressing employee concerns, grievances, complaints, and workplace issues.
Conduct initial fact-finding, interviews, and information gathering when authorized by the HR Head.
Assist in the proper documentation, monitoring, and filing of employee cases and administrative concerns.
Coordinate with Branch Managers and the HR Head regarding disciplinary cases, employee relations concerns, and appropriate courses of action.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure the proper handling of employee information, records, and HR cases.
Promote positive employee relations and support the consistent implementation of company policies and standards.
Establish and maintain regular branch visit schedules for assigned areas.
Conduct branch visits to observe operations, employee practices, and HR-related concerns.
Monitor employee appearance, attendance, customer service behavior, workplace discipline, and compliance with company standards.
Provide immediate HR guidance and support to Branch Managers and employees when necessary.
Identify and report HR-related issues observed during branch visits and recommend appropriate actions.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with Branch Managers, Supervisors, and employees.
Serve as a communication link between assigned branches and the HR Head to ensure timely coordination and resolution of HR concerns.
Audit the completeness, accuracy, and proper maintenance of HR records and employee documentation.
Verify compliance with company policies and procedures covering attendance, timekeeping, recruitment, employee movement, documentation, and other HR processes.
Document audit findings, observations, non-compliance, and process deviations.
Prepare comprehensive branch HR audit reports and submit recommendations to the HR Head.
Monitor and follow up on agreed corrective actions to ensure identified deficiencies are properly addressed within the required timeline.
Immediately escape serious policy violations, employee concerns, compliance issues, or operational risks to the HR Head.
