Job summary

Haier Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee recruitment, payroll, compliance, and labor relations in Metro Manila. You will supervise the GA team and two HR coordinators, track time-to-hire, ensure onboarding, and drive monthly HR data reports for the HR Director.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in HR with at least 3 years in a managerial role, strong leadership, and fluency in English and Filipino.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in HR with at least 3 years in a managerial role overseeing HR operations.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll, DOLE compliance, and ER/labor case supervision.
• Strong leadership, team development, and ability to consolidate HR metrics.

Responsibilities

• Track recruitment TAT (time-to-hire) for key roles
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the hiring process
• Ensure timely onboarding of critical positions
• Review payroll calculation logic and ensure timely payroll release
• Flag and correct recurring errors in payroll
• Review completeness of employee documents and ensure DOLE compliance
• Oversee GA team and 2 HR Coordinators for daily admin
• Consolidate recruitment, offboarding, and attendance data monthly
• Produce monthly HR operations report for HR Director
• Monitor C&B labor cases and escalate complex ER matters
