• Manage Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) accounts, group life insurance, and process employee loans or benefit claims (maternity, sickness).
• Update employee status changes, new-hire reporting, and manage HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
