Job summary

Conduent is hiring an HR Solutions Services Associate III for our Pasay City, Metro Manila location. This full-time role provides workforce administration and HR operational support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring data accuracy and timely service delivery in line with client policies and labor regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in HR or related field, has 1–3 years in HR operations, and is proficient with HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors, SAP or SharePoint,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, workforce administration, shared services, or similar role.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Employee Central/SuccessFactors, SAP, SNOW, HRX, SharePoint.
• Strong English language skills.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Process employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes, personal data changes and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and databases.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
• Provide first-level HR support and elevate complex issues when necessary.
• Ensure data integrity within HR Information Systems and confidentiality of employee information.
