Job summary

HGS is seeking a HR Operations Analyst to support daily HR services and employee lifecycle processes. You will act as a primary contact for employees and managers, resolving inquiries, executing transactions, and assisting onboarding while maintaining data accuracy and audit readiness.

The role involves HR transactions in systems such as Workday, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring SLA-aligned service delivery.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in HR operations, shared services or HR support functions.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms, preferably Workday.
• Experience with ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Prior Shared Services or BPO experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow processes and deliver accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City, on a graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee and manager inquiries with timely, accurate resolutions across HR policies and programs.
• Manage cases in HR service management system (e.g., ServiceNow) following SLAs.
• Escalate complex cases appropriately and document them.
• Execute HR transactions with accuracy in systems like Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a positive new-hire experience.
• Maintain HR records, ensure data accuracy and audit readiness.
• Support workflow across HR processes and automation initiatives.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
