You will coordinate benefits, training, and leave management, respond to employee inquiries, ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, and maintain confidential, accurate personnel data.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll support.
• Maintains HR records and ensures compliance.
• Proficient with MS Office and HRIS software.
• Excellent English and Filipino communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding, including posting, screening, interviewing, and orientation.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support benefits administration and payroll processing.
• Coordinate training and development programs, scheduling and attendance tracking.
• Process leave requests and timesheets, respond to HR queries.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with policies.
