Job summary

MKS Workforce Management Services Inc. in San Pablo City, Laguna, is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team on a full-time basis.

You will deliver comprehensive HR support, ensure compliance with local employment regulations, and help drive our people-centric human resources practices. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, managing payroll processes, and advising managers on HR policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR
• 2–3 years HR operations/generalist experience
• Knowledge of Philippines employment laws and labour regulations
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• CHRP certification preferred
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition advantageous

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage employee records and files
• Process HR transactions including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions and separations
• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance on policies
• Coordinate recruitment activities and candidate management
• Develop and communicate HR policies and handbooks
• Support training and professional development initiatives
• Maintain payroll records and assist with payroll processing
• Handle grievances and disciplinary matters
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management
