We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for our growing company. You will design, implement, and oversee comprehensive HR strategies, from talent acquisition and employee relations to compliance, performance management, and organizational culture.
Partner with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs across both our luxury home interiors division and cafe operations, scaling teams efficiently as the business grows.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles.
Foster a cohesive, inclusive, and motivated workplace culture.
Oversee performance review cycles, career progression pathways, and competitive compensation and benefits benchmarking.
Ensure all company policies align with local labor laws, workplace safety standards, and retail/hospitality regulations.
Implement comprehensive onboarding programs, customer service excellence training, and leadership development for supervisors across both divisions.
5 to 10 years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 2 to 3 years operating in an HR Manager capacity.
Experience in luxury retail, interior design, home furnishings, hospitality (cafes/restaurants), or lifestyle brands is strongly preferred given our hybrid business model.
Thorough understanding of local employment laws, labor standards, and retail workplace regulations.
Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect effectively with employees at all levels, from design consultants to baristas.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
