The client is looking for an experienced and results-driven Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all facets of Human Resources. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in hospital or healthcare operations, Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations, and overall HR management.
The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to management, ensuring that HR initiatives support operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, programs, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and other applicable employment laws.
Handle disciplinary cases, grievance management, administrative hearings, and employee investigations.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, HMO, government-mandated benefits, leave administration, and salary reviews.
Partner with department heads to address manpower planning, workforce requirements, and organizational development initiatives.
Support hospital operations by ensuring adequate staffing, employee productivity, and HR compliance.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for senior management.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Supervise and mentor the HR team to ensure operational excellence.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in an HR Manager role.
Experience in a hospital, medical center, clinic, or healthcare organization is highly preferred.
