Job summary

Robinsons Supermarket Corporation seeks an HR Business Partner (manager) to drive organizational development, design and culture-building across the assigned group. You will serve as a strategic advisor to the management team and lead initiatives that align people strategies with business goals.

The role requires senior HR experience in development, employee relations, and HRBP partnering; with team supervision experience. Retail background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent.
• At least 7 years in Organization Development, Employee/Labor Relations, and HRBP.
• At least 3 years supervising a team.
• Retail industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and recommend organizational transformation plans and initiatives including reorganization, talent repurposing, advancement planning, talent reviews, career management, coaching, etc.
• Collaborate with leadership to create succession plans and customize development plans for key talents.
• Provide guidance on organizational design.
• Implement a fair and inclusive process to manage employee risks and grievances compliant with policies and labor laws.
• Monitor employee morale, productivity and engagement and implement programs to improve experience.

The HR Business Partner (manager) is mainly responsible for organizational development, design, and culture-building across the assigned group/departments, and functions as a strategic advisor to the management team

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and recommend organizational transformation plans and initiatives including but not limited to reorganization, talent repurposing, advancement planning, talent reviews, career management, coaching, etc.
• Collaborate with leadership to create succession plans and customize individual development plans for key talents
• Provide guidance and input on organizational design
• Implement a fair and inclusive process that is appropriate to effectively manage employee risks and grievances that is compliant with employee relations policies and applicable labor laws
• Keep a pulse on employee morale, productivity and effectiveness, and in turn, implement programs that improve employee engagement and employee experience

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, or equivalent
• At least 7 years work experience in Organization Development, Employee Relations/Labor Relations, and HR Business Partnering
• At least 3 years work experience in supervising a team
